This page explains in plain language what information this website uses, and what it doesn't.
Online booking form
This website does not store the name, chamber, date or treatment you enter in the form. Pressing send creates a WhatsApp message on your device. It only reaches us if you send it. WhatsApp's own policy then applies.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit, which pages they view, and how often the call, WhatsApp, map, video and form features are used. It places cookies in your browser and sends visit information to Google, such as device type and approximate location. We do not send names, phone numbers or treatment details from the form to Google. We have turned off the settings that let this information be used for Google advertising.
Videos
Videos play from YouTube. YouTube only loads when you start a video, and YouTube and Google may then receive some information about your visit.
Other websites
Links to maps, Facebook, YouTube, Hello Doctor and WhatsApp take you to those services, and their own privacy policies apply.
Server logs
Like most websites, this site's server keeps logs of IP addresses, browser type and pages viewed, for security and fixing problems.
Patient photos and videos
We do not publish identifiable patient photos or videos without written consent. For children, a parent or guardian must consent.
